Women are better leaders than men in the workplace

 
In general (and i understand this is a bit of a stereotype), women are socialized relationally (e.g., to communicate more freely, empathize, nurture), which are fundamental components of emotionally intelligent and actualized leadership (of course there are more factors but these are a few). Where women suffer as leaders is when they prioritize their masculine characteristics at the expense of their feminine characteristics.
