Should you tip people for Christmas?

Should you tip people for the holidays for work that they are compensated for? Second, if you said yes to the first part where does it end? i.e. do you tip your sanitation engineer?

Rudderow   You really really really should. Dont forget to tip your limo drivers! It suprizes me that some people who live in huge houses say you dont have to tip your driver.

dadvocate   Tipping for xmas is the most annoying, agitating expectation imaginable. Why do people expect that they should get anything? I say we do away with the entire tipping thing and just tell people thank you
