We have no idea what we are eating anymore!

 
Food, in today's Western society, has become so ambiguous to the point where we generally have no idea what we are putting into our mouths. We have no idea where the ingredients of most processed foods came from (we can't even pronounce half the words listed!) or what happened to them along the way of processing and transportation. I am tired of not being in control of the food I eat, or at least being correctly informed about them. I am mainly talking about processed foods here, but grocery(see more)
